The Apex Winter Flex League: Flex Your Schedule, Win Some Cash

We heard you! Our previous winter league plans were a little ambitious. So, we’ve decided to embrace the name of the game and get FLEXible. We are shifting gears to a high-value structure that fits your schedule.

The New Game Plan Starting January 17th through February 28, we are hosting a series of pop-up events using Scoreholio’s Switcholio mode. This is the ultimate “show up and play” format. No partner needed, no rigid commitment—just high-volume pickleball when the weather cooperates.

How It Works:

  • The Format: A 4-week series of level-based Switcholio (individual competition, rotating partners).

  • More Pickleball: Each session is a 2.5-hour block. You can expect to play 6-8 games, kept moving with a 14-minute timer per match.

  • Total Flexibility: Registration remains open until 30 minutes prior to match time. Wake up, check the weather, and get in the game.

  • Rankings: You will be paired with a new partner for every game, so your individual performance drives your rank. Matches are DUPR rated.

  • Cost: $10 per session / FREE for members. (Members register through text or email [micah@apexpickleballtn.com])

The Stakes: Cash Prizes 💰 We aren’t just playing for bragging rights. We are tracking individual rankings across the 4-week season. At the end of the series, we will award Cash Prizes to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each division. (Note: Prize pool amounts are determined by participation levels within each division—so bring your friends!)
