- Will you ever have indoor courts?
- Yes! Part of our philosophy at Apex is wanting to provide the very best in terms of facility and experience to our members. Our Phase 2 plans include 14 indoor courts that will be accessible to members on the same membership.
- What is Boro Pickleball?
- Boro Pickleball is 4 indoor courts located on the same property as Apex Pickleball.
- Can I pause my membership?
- You can. We allow all our monthly members to freeze or put their membership on hold for up to 60 days free of charge once a calendar year. We understand that the Tennessee weather gets cold in the winter, so we want our members to feel like we are putting their interests first. We offer both this complimentary hold as well as the two free months with an annual membership as ways to show our members that we are looking out for them.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- All memberships may be canceled with a 30-day written notice. If cancelling an annual membership, the prorated amount for the remainder of the year will be refunded to the member at the end of that 30-day period.
- How do I get 2 free months with an annual membership?
- Simple! If you pay for a year in advance, then we are only charging you for 10 months of what the monthly payment is. We know that the weather in TN can be unpredictable and cold so we want to take care of our members and give them these free months as a sign that we know you may not be able to use the courts due to weather.
- Do you offer lifetime memberships?
- We do!! For a one-time payment you will receive a lifetime membership to Apex Pickleball and ALL future facilities. In addition, you receive even greater discounts off products and programming, and we allow you to make reservations up to 30 days in advance. If you are interested, please contact us and we’d be happy to discuss the pricing with you!
